Balloon Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a Columbus-based balloon boutique bringing joy to birthdays, celebrations, and special events—one balloon at a time! We're looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Balloon Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be the heart of our day-to-day operations: filling and fulfilling orders, keeping our shelves stocked, and helping spread our brand's fun energy online and in store.

SCHEDULE 

• Hours: Thursday & Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm

           or Saturday & Sunday 9:30am - 2:00pm

• Weekend Availability: One weekend shift required per month to remain on the schedule.

• Breaks: 30-minute paid break for every 4 hours worked.

RESPONSABILITES 

• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and fulfill in-person customer orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

• Online Orders: Pick, pack, and process online orders accurately and on time.

• Inventory Check-In: Receive and check in incoming inventory, verifying quantities and flagging discrepancies.

• Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to showcase products and promotions.

• Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and festive store environment.

• Customer Service: Assist customers in person and via online channels with product questions and order updates.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Previous retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred (but not required—we'll train the right person!)

• Comfortable working with online order management systems or eager to learn.

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.

• Upbeat personality with a love for celebrations and making customers smile.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
