Property Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Property Maintenance Assistant to support general maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, organization, and other basic property-related tasks.

Responsibilities

* Cut grass and perform basic lawn care.

* Remove weeds, leaves, branches, trash, and debris.

* Clean and organize indoor and outdoor work areas.

* Assist with general property maintenance.

* Move tools, materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.

* Assist with basic landscaping and outdoor cleanup.

* Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

* Safely use basic hand tools, lawn equipment, and maintenance tools.

* Assist with other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Valid driver’s license required.

* Reliable transportation.

* Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, lawn care, cleaning, or property maintenance preferred.

* Ability to perform physical work throughout the day.

* Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.

* Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

* Must be dependable, punctual, responsible, and organized.

* Basic knowledge of maintenance and landscaping tools is preferred.
